Amazing introduction to reflexology massage for my 1st time. Also very inspiring and relaxing...would definitely recommend! ?

Rakhee is a wonderful therapist when it comes to reflexology focused around pregnancy. I booked a course with her and had a number of sessions throughout my pregnancy. I increased my sessions in the final weeks of my pregnancy and I’m confident this helped induce my contractions and prepare me for a natural and ‘on time’ labour. She’s professional and super friendly. An added bonus is she’s a mobile therapist so can come to you (very helpful when you’re heavily pregnant and / or have a newborn).

I have ordered essential oils from Rakhee for my partner and it has helped to alleviate hay fever symptoms. I have just ordered some more essential oils and can’t wait to use them. They are a great price and Rakhee provides such a great service. She is friendly and knowledgeable.

I have also had reflexology with Rakhee. I spend a lot of time on my feet for work so the foot massage felt really good and helped to release some of the pain and discomfort I was feeling, also making me feel less tense. I was tired the day after as my body was processing the massage but still felt relaxed even a few days after the session. Will definitely be doing more reflexology with her in the future.

I was under a lot of pelvic pain and stress, and rakhee was able to schedule me in her busy schedule a few months ago. I have since had several treatments with her and so has my husband and I can honestly say she’s been so helpful and she is great at what she does. She took time to find out about me, my ailments, and my lifestyle. I really loved the way she explained what she was doing throughout and was impressed with how she used different techniques to help my body achieve what it needed; I came away feeling very relaxed. The evenings I had my treatments, I would have a very good night’s sleep and wake up the next morning feeling energised. I have also used her aromatherapy oils to help with sleep for me and my daughter. They smell fantastic and are also very calming and relaxing. I will definitely return for further treatments; Rakhee is a friendly, professional Reflexologist and I really felt the benefit from having these treatments with her.

Thank you Rakhee for your outstanding oils, they have certainly help with my Hayfever and lactose intolerance. I feel free to go outside without the fear of sneezing and looking like I’m crying.

My first reflexology session with Rakhee was an amazing experience. She is very professional, polite and soft spoken, and has a wealth of knowledge. She suggests natural precautions / remedies to alleviate any ongoing pains and helps understand the properties of certain foods which could have positive or negative impact on health issues. Definitely going to book further sessions as found it very helpful.

Rakhee has been coming to my home on a weekly basis for the past few weeks. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and recently it has been really painful.
Reflexology seems like just the best treatment for this & also the fact that apart from my feet being treated with love & care, I just love how Rakhee makes me feel so relaxed.

I had my first reflexology with Rakhee today and what an experience! I had gastric and stress issues and Rakhee was able to alleviate them!
